Ask yourself more challenging questions, such as ‘How can I enjoy myself?’, ‘How can I make this easier?’, ‘How can I make this fun?’
It’s true no one is perfect all of the time yet anyone can get to feeling good most of the time so that you can get on with life and the things you want to do in an easier and more enjoyable way.
In this day and age we have lots of techniques that help people to change the way they feel and to redirect their life so that they can carry on to build a brighter future. My clients tell me that they don’t even remember what held them back in the first place and that’s because I make sure they learn how to use their own brains to be able to change the way they feel any time they want in the future. Because once you let go of old restricting patterns and behaviours then it’s easy to learn new powerful ways of changing the way you feel and be motivated about the things that you do.
